Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations for purchases made from www.spinningparadise.co.uk.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Made-to-Order Fulfilment Notice

All products sold by Spinning Paradise are supplied and fulfilled individually by our partner manufacturers. We do not hold physical stock, and many items are produced or prepared only after an order is placed.

Because of this fulfilment model:

  • Some items may be non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect

  • Cancellation may not be possible once production or fulfilment has begun

3. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK or EU, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalised items

  • goods made to your specifications

  • sealed goods not suitable for return once opened (where applicable)

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day period.

4. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • the item is faulty or defective

  • the wrong product was sent

  • the item was damaged during delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • the request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • the item must be unused and in original condition

  • original packaging must be retained where possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • made-to-order products

  • custom or personalised items

  • products produced specifically upon request

  • items returned used or damaged by the customer

6. Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Email us at sales@spinningparadise.co.uk

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach photos if reporting damage or defect

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved. Do not send items back without authorisation, as they may not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are:

  • refundable if the item is faulty or incorrect

  • non-refundable for voluntary returns

8. Replacement Items

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

  • damaged goods

  • defective products

  • incorrect items

Replacement availability depends on supplier stock and production.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact your bank

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is faulty

  • the item is incorrect

  • the item was damaged in transit

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production or fulfilment has not yet started with our partner suppliers.

Because many products are processed shortly after ordering, cancellation requests must be made immediately after purchase.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
