This Shipping Policy outlines how Spinning Paradise processes, handles, and delivers orders placed through www.spinningparadise.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are sent to our manufacturers within 24hrs (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, will be processed the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination, order volumes and manufacturing times.

United Kingdom

  • Standard delivery: 2–7 days once production is completed

Europe

  • Standard delivery: 3–10 business days

International

  • Standard delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders outside the United Kingdom:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Spinning Paradise is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities

6. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery:

  • We may charge additional postage for re-delivery

  • Refunds may exclude original shipping costs
     

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or 7 days after expected delivery (for missing parcels)

  2. Provide order details and photos if applicable

We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include replacement or refund where appropriate.
